SilentPrint Batch Printing Software Released

A new Windows application called SilentPrint that allows you to simplify and automate your batch printing, has been released by IDS' controlling company FunAsset.

Any organisation that regularly prints large numbers of electronic documents can benefit from this product.

Instead of having to load the application(s) associated with each document and repeatedly hitting the print button, SilentPrint allows you to copy the documents or a special text file listing the documents, to a ‘Watched’ folder. SilentPrint then automatically and invisibly opens the application(s) associated with the documents before ‘silently’ printing them.

All you see is the SilentPrint icon in the Windows Taskbar tray!
