Minkz provides a simple and accessible way for everyone in your organisation to prepare, manage and post their mail, while eliminating manual intervention, reducing postage costs, and ensuring documents adhere to corporate identity.

Three Minkz facilities are available - a browser-based administrator where mail can be prepared using familiar word processing controls; a print client that can be used to post mail from any Windows application that can print; and an API that allows you to integrate the functionality of Minkz with your own applications.

Whatever method you choose, mail is transmitted electronically to an in-house or off-site location where it is printed, folded, then inserted in an envelope ready for collection by the Royal Mail!

Alternatively UK-destined mail can be transmitted to a UK Mail depot for printing, finishing and delivery. As a result, mail preparation times are extended (up to 18:00, Monday to Friday), localised printing and finishing overheads are eliminated, and an alternative or DR mailing facility is always available.

In addition to preparing mail, the Minkz administrator can also be used for monitoring printer queues, viewing archived (posted) mail, administering returned mail, maintaining user accounts, and generating volume and expenditure reports.

If your organisation can accumulate at least 1000 items of mail each day, Minkz can also be configured to sort and condition each item so it conforms to the requirements of an applicable Royal Mail discount service. As a result, your organisation benefits from considerable postage savings normally only attainable with mass mailings.
